In Europe, this film has became one of the highest-grossed Crime movies. No finer film was made in Horror genre ever... and now Head Case is accessible to watch online free. I recommend it as a good entertainment. The picture would not be so perfect if it was not for the great actors. Each character is well-written, but this excellent cast gives them a real life. But this diversity of dialogues is the essence of this film, they arouse the audience's respect, especially against the backdrop of today's cinema.
